What this covers
These terms govern your use of https://praxous.dev — the website. Using the site means you accept them.
The LadderIDE application is covered by a different document. What you may do with the software, on how many machines, and for which versions is set out in the End User License Agreement, which you accept when you install it. Nothing on this page grants or limits a license to the software.
Using the site
Read it, download the installer, follow the documentation. What you may not do: attack or overload the site, break into parts of it that are not public, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law.
Buying
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every sale — the seller named on your receipt. Their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself, including tax collection and payment processing. Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Our content
The text, screenshots, documentation, logos and page design on this site belong to Praxous LLC. You may quote and link to them — a review, a tutorial, a forum answer, a class handout are all fine, with attribution. You may not republish the documentation wholesale as your own, or use the Praxous name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse or supplied something we did not.
Example projects and generated code are yours to use. Anything you build with LadderIDE — your ladder programs and the sketches it generates from them — is entirely yours, and we claim no rights in it.
Other people's names
Arduino is a trademark of Arduino SRL, and the boards, chips and libraries named in the documentation belong to their respective owners. They are named to describe what LadderIDE works with. Praxous is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

This site links to GitHub, Lemon Squeezy and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
No warranty for the site
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or correct in every detail — documentation in particular describes software that changes. Verify anything safety-related against your hardware's own documentation.
LadderIDE is a learning and prototyping tool. It generates code for hobbyist microcontroller boards, which are not certified for safety-critical control. Do not use it — or anything it produces — where a failure could injure someone or cause serious damage.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Praxous LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost data, lost time or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and if you have bought a license, the EULA's limitation governs the software.
Changes
These terms may change; the effective date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state are the venue for any dispute arising from them.
